I accidentally tore off a young leaf from my Amnesia, what could happen to it at such an early stage?

Leaves look bit like saladHi!
So, my [plant 2] is really bushy and the leaves look bit like salad. Is it normal for near flowering stage or should i do something to improve it's living conditions?

What is this leave problem? What to do?yesterday my neem oil and emulator arrived and I sprayed them, earlier advice by other growers here. Diagnosis help pleaseTwo leaves on my cdlc are developing weird scuffed looking spots that are getting worse in those two leaves, but not on the rest of the plant... yet. Scant FF nutes, purecrop 1 for ipm, temps between 83 and 68 under LED, humidity between 50-65.

Spots/Dots and unhealthyHello. Was doing really great as you can see in pictures but then in 48h : dots/spots of different colours/size, overall unhealthy, the whole plant is affected not specifically top or bottom, growth has stopped. Can't find any insects/beasties. Thank you :)
