Thats a sign of toxicity, your feeding is too rich, ussually comes with nitrogen excess, but here you are either in wrong NPK values or already in lockout. Rethink feeding ratios.

Light green/lime green new growth Can anyone tell me why my new growth is light green/lime green? Is that normal? Start of 3rd week of flowering. Otherwise healthy from what I can tell. Some lower growth is weak and flimsy but I think that’s normal considering how small the branches are.

Seedlings yellow and showing spots Picture of just the leaf is 11 days old. Thought maybe I was over watering it and I've only been watered it twice in a week about a cup each. spots are on it now.
