Tips turning yellow and curling downward

She looks like she needs more nitrogen that's why she has that yellow color also the leaf tips are facing or pointing down which is an indication of over watering.. in the vegetative state you want the medium to dry out so those roots go searching for water.. bigger Roots bigger fruits .. I've hit her with some nitrogen and then feed or water until the pot is light.. good luck and happy growing ✌️

Did you spray your plants lightly or did you drench them with neem oil? They look suffocated and damaged from excessive oil in my opinion. Baby plants need baby treatments. This issue has nothing to do with LST.

first of all Iam no expert by any means when I used neem oil by watering, my young plant started yellowing und curling slightly(1,5 weeks ago), growth was stunted, closely monitoring how much neem is used is very important now mine are back on track You some how have to find out if the damage was cause by the gnats - their larvae in the soil or the neem treatment or maybe lighting etc… maybe put a piece or a few of potato in the top soil and take it out after a few hours to monitor the nuber of active larvae in the soil stay strong have an eye out for furter gnats use neem conservatively in young plants greetings aaron :)

Hi. This looks to me like the plant is overwatered. So you might wanna try removing that self-watering pot, it might just be too early for your plant / the water amounts are too much. When your plant is taller, you can try that again.

When did you change to the wick system? If your plants roots haven't grown deep enough, they can't reach enough water. I'm no fan of wick style for cannabis, bc there often are problems with water and nute uptake. Perhaps do some additional watering from top, till the roots reach the bottom third?
