You need to start a diary for this.... that would help us help you!
I wouldn't worry about the lower leaves dying off - no biggie there... but the clawing of the upper leaves says one of three things: you've over-watered, you've under-watered or you've given far too much nitrogen (which is where a diary would help us to sort that out).
Another tip - get the plant out of the plastic pot and get it into a fabric pot so the roots can have MUCH better access to oxygen...
