How long before transplant shock / root shock occurs in recently transplanted plants? Does it happen right after or can it show a week after or more?

Secado y curadoIt's been 2 weeks since I chopped, and this weekend I was supposed to jar them for curing. This weekend it rained in my area, which made them pick up moisture again. I let it go to the light...Failed attempt at lst in my opinion....?! I dunno, I don't like how it curved at the base...f-n steel was a bitch😂 and how it's getting out of the pot, can I fix her? Do I keep on lst'ing? Did I butcher her? I let off on the top bend in the pic...also clone advice...good? Day 2

Seedling stopped growingSeedling 6/6 did not fully open its cotys and started to develop these small leaves. But then didn’t grow any further. The root is about 3.5” long and still white, but worrries because the plant is not growing that it may rot? Should I remove it from the grow? Should I leave it?

Remove Hermied Plant?One of my plants hermied. Do I keep pinching pollen sacs or remove the plant completely and try to save the other two? The hermie plant is the smallest of three. Pollen sacs are fairly developed and have dropped visible pollen on leaves. I pinched them all off as seen in photo.

Hours of sunlightHey guys, I have one week old photoperiodic seedlings, I’m growing outdoors, I went to the growshop today and the guy said the sunlight at this month is not enough and that I should by a lamp to compensate the hours needed indoors, but I’m getting between 10-12 h of sun now
