Looks fine to me, guessing its a stain that might be red/purple in its buds.
I find the strains I grow that are purple show the colours early on.

Cover roots a bit, create small hill around, white part should not be visible. Ussually if its not funky colour bud plant, then red stem means wrong ph or too much water.
Its not normal, but very far from tragedy ;)

Hi Bro alles im grünen Bereich. Sie sieht genauso aus wie es sein sollte 😉. Gib ihr nicht Zuviel Wasser und erst in drei Wochen langsam Futter geben. Wenn du ein Light mix hast. Viel Erfolg 🍀👍.

I've tried changing to 18/6 lighting, but have only been running it for a couple of days.
Besides that she is really droopy and the soil feels really hard (maybe lots of roots).
