you must not tear the leaves. they contain sugars and other properties that will help your plant. let them fall naturally so you don't create more stress for them. makes a good flush, waits a few days for the substrate to dry and makes a lighter nutris solution. they seem to be suffering from heat, try to ventilate your grow more. good luck with your grow buddie 💪🌱🙏🍀

I would leave them until the yellow completely and die. As a general rule if a leaf is more than 50% damaged it should be removed but if not then it can still benefit the plant. If you can gently pull at the leaf and it pops off then it is pretty much dead. If not then it is still doing its job. Good luck!

Depends. The damage is done and they will never recover. But since they are not totally dead they can still complete their task of absorbing light just not as well. If they are on top of other, healthier fan leaves then remove them. This will allow the healthier leaves to take in more light than the damaged one. If there are no healthy leaves below them, than leave them. They may still dry up and die over time at which point you'll want to remove them but I always believed a damaged leaf is better than no leaf. Hope this helps.
