It wont be like a 600w hps... the hps raises temps to 40/45 if the outside temp is 20/25. (In your space)
The led will raise temps to about 30 if outside there is 25/27.

Probably not. You would be better off with a quantum board though. Check out the Mars Hydro TS 600. I believe the cost is about the same and it's the newest LED tech.
