People generally do more harm and damage to the seedling when trying to "help", including killing them.
If you leave it, it will eventually open all by itself.
If you really feel as though you must help it, spritzing the dried skin every half hour or so to soften it, can help the seed to open more easily.

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). What are the strongest strains with the best taste you ever grew that is still on the market and from which breeder ?So far the strongest one with the best effect I grew is the GMO x Animal cookies from Ripper. Taste a bit like citrus and the high is joyfull. Some were quite strong but not as strong as this GMO
