Only start removing when they block branches or budds in the lower part which you want to develope…
Check out mine i‘m Maximum defoliation but next run i will do as little as needed & compare the difference

If you want to stunt the plant, yes that's a good idea... Personally cutting leaves is the worst thing you can do... That green colour is full of nutrients immediately available to the plant...

I can not take out of the tent to the darkness more than 4 at once and wanna hear your suggestions before I go with yellow sugar leaves or some amberish :DI read something about harvesting immediately (not to crap the flower) when sugar leaves start to turn yellow and I have some!
