No to your second question. There's no flower or pre-flower behind that leaf. It's a site that can become a whole new branch. They can be used by the plant to either become branches or they sit there as backup in case the plant has a branch ripped off (the branch it's sitting on) so that nub can become a replacement branch or even two replacement branches.

Since they answered most of the question I’ll try to get you on preflowers. from the picture - right below that leaf and slightly to the right on that pokey thing— that is where your preflowers will show

It's just a leaf. If you topped just above it it'd become another stem. The long bit is just leaf, not a pistil. I tend to think of them as potential branches because that's what they usually become. But it's easy to confuse them with pistils the first few times till you get used to how they look. Just keep an eye on it to commit it to memory.

So the preflower is that tiny nub behind this preleaf?

Your plant is merely showing its sex -- it's totally normal and does not indicate flowering.

Nah its just leaf formation The sex organs form behind the smaller two leaves just below and to the right, u get two of those leaves at each node and the organs form behind those tiny ones u can already see
