This is burning from excessive fertilizing, not a cal/mag deficiency.
Looks like it could also be compounded by not watering to run off each time you irrigate, leading to a build up of fertilizer salts in the soil too, which is why it got much worse after flushing, due to flushing leaching out all the salts from the soil and causing even more burning.
Nothing you can do to fix the damae, once the leaves are burned, they stay burned.
To hopefully prevent things from getting much worse, give only plain water for the next 7-10 days, before resuming with feeding at half the strength or half the frequency as previously.
In soil, a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed works well in my experience, especially with autos.
