Hi bro,
It looks like you're overwatering the plants.
My advice, if you have the time and resources, is to start everything from the beginning.
Use Biobizz All Mix soil. You shouldn't need any additional nutrients until the plants start to flower.
Once flowering begins, add Biobizz Bloom and Biobizz CalMag.
Keep the water pH balanced, and you'll see 100% progress.

Yeah that baby is toast. The main stem isn't gonna recover from that. You kept it too wet. Might help to increase the perlite in the substrate but also allow a bit of a dry cycle between waterings. Not bone dry, just a little dryback. Judging your pots by weight is probably the best method to decide when it's time to water again.

From previous post just some more infon on what I feed and how, on a 12So I use 5 ML per gallon of fox farm Grow Big Liquid Plant Food, And 5 ML Per Gallon Of Fox Farm Buds And Blooms Fertilizer. I'm barely staring to Introduce Cal-Mag so I don't think the Cal-Mag is causing the issue, I water every 2-3 Days. Temp is Right Around 80 during the day 7

Nutrient & critter problems need 1-2weeks from harvest need adviceThe plant is a couple weeks of harvest but has some issues. (Some kind of nutrient lockout or deficiency can't tell what tho, pH is fine at about 5.8)
