Fungi, wipe it with peroxide on a q-tip if your scared but damage may already be done and I would just leave it. It might make it, it might not.

Hi bro, It looks like you're overwatering the plants. My advice, if you have the time and resources, is to start everything from the beginning. Use Biobizz All Mix soil. You shouldn't need any additional nutrients until the plants start to flower. Once flowering begins, add Biobizz Bloom and Biobizz CalMag. Keep the water pH balanced, and you'll see 100% progress. Yeah that baby is toast. The main stem isn't gonna recover from that. You kept it too wet. Might help to increase the perlite in the substrate but also allow a bit of a dry cycle between waterings. Not bone dry, just a little dryback. Judging your pots by weight is probably the best method to decide when it's time to water again.
