Is the temperature to high or the light too close? That can be a main factor of weed curl down. Good Grow!

Are these LED specs good enough to start my first ever small scale grow? Plug timer running fast My plug timeris running about 10 fast each 24hr. And is now at about 2 hours past the actual time. This causes the light cycle to shift forward slightly everyday.
