Do I need more light?

Hey everyone, someone said that I need a better light but I though my plants were growing well? My light is a decent one, cost over 100, 190W. I thought my plants looked like they like the light I got, anyone see any reason that they need more? I stunted the smaller two btw

I mean better lights give bigger yields but your plants are looking fine (even if a bit stressed on the pictures😜) so dont worry and just finish it with that one...
If your unsure you could put the 2 shortys a bit higher up that prob. would solve most light related ,,issues,, here.

For further context, they didn’t stretch as seedlings and remained short nodes until the big one stretched. Good colour on all leaves and the smaller two I stunted weeks ago and they’re now recovering. I don’t see any signs of lack of light but someone say I need more which I find hard to believe. Obviously better quality light is ideal, but this is my first grow

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. For the indoor part, can I use a setup with 18 hour light schedule? Or should it be 12 hours? I don't want to trigger flowering when I put it outside.Setup. Lighting
