Will it grow? Or should i call it quits?

Unless you need that grow space, all you can do is wait it out, and keep watering and lighting as optimal as possible. Those two fan leaves ought to help it convert energy for growing. I can't comment on any nutrient application as this point, since it is a young plant still. But some big bloom or other veg specific diet in very small quantities, may prod it along. Maybe someone here has done the same thing, and can assure you more. Good Luck!
