Is the splits in the joint here bad? Will it cause me issues in the future? Im trying mainli ing and its not going amazing. I split the joint a bit but im wondering how I can avoid this in the future?

Looks fine. I usually do worse to mine. It will heal and make a stronger spot there. If you kinda roll the stems between your fingers and crush them a little before bending it will prevent that. Good luck with your training!

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First GrowMy plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone? They have grown in a weird pattern because of my LST attempts (see pic).

Lower leaves too pale or yellowing?I am noticing the lower leaves of my Royal Critical Automatic to be much more pale green than the top of the plant.
Is this a nutrient/light/watering/lst stress problem if at all?
