A lack of oxygen to the roots. Root rot starting and looks like possible thrips damage. Only notice it on the smaller plants though. If it is thrips likey they are attacking the smaller ones because they are an easier target from the root rot starting and being younger. I know theris more important things sometimes than growing but in general not good to leave baby plants for a week unless you know you have everything dialed, even still. that's pushing it for little babies. Next time I would just top water them or even transplant them and water them in if around that size they will not need much attention for that week, and honestly sometimes plants benefit from just being left alone..but not if sitting in water,and tiny they need to be watched early on.the roots need dryback or the will start to rot..not even the tick roots you see but the little tiny hairs die off and even worse the root do not grow and the plant just kind of stalls.
