Hi GD community, I want to get some input from other DWC / Hydro growers, I am working on a summer project and want to ask who has grown DWC outside and what is the biggest reservoir that anyone has used for DWC ?

Thanks guys, I know res temps are the main concern but my solution would be to run a submerge pump into my well, we have one here and use it to cool a much bigger res. I thought about roughly 200 liters with 4 x 20cm airstones with 4 35L/h air pumps.
The real idea would be to run a plant outdoor the full season but in hydro 💀

I have ran a dwc outdoors but the reservoir gets warm so it was a struggle to keep the water oxygenated enough. Dutch buckets are a much better option for outdoors

Only ever ran DWC indoor. But can see not being able to control your water Temps outdoor as sun will be baking it all day.
As long as you get proper o2 to h2o ratio don't think size really matters.

50L Tub is the biggest Ive grown in outdoors or indoors but even then it got warm and I needed to add ice
I would love to be able to run a water chiller
