And if you use an oscillating fan you will strengthen the stems and branches to prevent them from breaking in the late flower. The root system also gets bigger because it feels that they need it to not tip over. 😁🔥💪🏽

Lower your Lamp because they are stretching for more light. Also give them more soil around the stem base to prevent them for tipping over. You can also put a few more CM soil in the whole pot as well. No need to do more then this 😁 There won’t be an issue here with hard lst, it’s pretty nice with little longer stem to start work with In my opinion. I recommend using a net after your lst to keep the fat buds supported in the end. Good luck my friend and may the buds be with you 😁🤩

It looks like you have enough room left in the pot to add more soil. I typically bury them up an inch or two at transplant but you can easily just add more soil now. Move your light down a little bit till you get to about 300 PPFD. You can download a PPFD meter on your phone to test your light output at your plants. Add more airflow to the plants, they will strengthen up their stem on their own when they experience more movement. When I do LST early, I use wire and make a little loop on the end of an 8-10” piece. I put the loop over the branch and shove the straight part down into the soil. Works great for early stages of LST. Hope this helps.

Move light closer or increase intensity, that will stop them running. Have oscillating fan running, that will make stemps stronger. Add 2 cm hill around stem or do something like in this week photos growdiaries.com/diaries/168958-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/948249 Its way too early for LST. Would say you need good 10 days till then. Fat soft gardening wires works best. Buy and prepare. Have a look at most of my diaries or this week : growdiaries.com/diaries/184731-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/1046986 Read about lst, have in mind - all training should be done before watering, while plant is lanky, not crunchy as would be after watering, this will prevent splits and breakage. Have fun !

In addition to what 000110011 said, I find that using blue light spectrum in the first few weeks helps keep them nice and short with an intesnat about 150-200 PAR. Though not everyone wants to invest in a blue spectrum light.

too early, but it'll take care of that leggy problem when you do. If no more transplants ahead, it's the best option to limit vertical height if that is a concern. You got plenty of lip on the pots, so yes, you can definitely add some substrate too. keep the light "right" and if it needs a prosthetic until it gets more robust, so bet it. prop it up one way or another. Don't go too far the other way with light intensity or the problems are arguably worse.
