It's my first crop and I had problems with lighting, it made my plants become hermaphrodites. In the closet there were some that were still in vegetation but I'm afraid that my lighting error has made them male or they have been pollinated, it turned brown is that area serious?

None of your pictures show any type of cannabis sexual organs or "pre flowers".
The brown things you have photographed are "stipules" and have nothing to do with a plants sex, they are modified vegetive growths.
If you go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums", I have posted pictures of both male and female pre flowers, as well as some hermie flowers, and these pictures may help you to determine what is happening with your plants.

A plant being near a hermie plant won't make it hermie and you can't pollinate a plant that's not in flower yet

I don't see any sex on this plant be it male or female. Them little dried bits at the node are normal and do not determine sex, both male and female plants have them, abit they are not normally dried that's just from some damage from mishandling I would say.
Photoperiod plants can go hermi from light leaks when its in bloom, they need uninterrupted darkness to go into flower and when the darkness gets interrupted many times that's what causes hermi or reveging of the plant.
Autoflowers do not care about light cycles and will boom under any.

Are (constantly) high daytime temperatures a huge problem in flower?My day temperature since turing my light up to max during flower are reaching 29-30c | 84.2 - 86f, while the daytime RH is at roughly 40% - 50%.
Is the high temperature something to be concerned about?
