Seedlings dying without dome but recover back with dome...

My seedlings keep looking like they're dying by leaning over when not covered by a dome... But when I put the dome back on they recover and stand straight back up but when dome off they look like they're dying again.. I'm lost please help!

They're telling you they need the dome on - so keep the dome on! Are you giving them drinks of water? Soil looks pretty dry so I would spray some water around the edges of the cup - so that the soil is moistened, not wet...

Seeds everywhere, unsure if this is a result of impregnation from a hermie I had weeks ago that I may have touched and spread pollen unknowingly or stress?I have 2 GDPs from ILGM that now have seeds. One much more than the other but certainly seeds. My question is can these buds still be used for rosin/edibles? or even smoked? And can these seeds potentially be feminized as they may have been stress induced? Or assume bad and toss?
