Leave it alone and harvest as planned. If it were a male you would have know way b4 now. It would've had banana lookin things on it...Idk what those are either other than where hairs come out, always been empty when I checked mine, other than a hair sticking out.

Hey I don’t know if that is sacks or not. Give it a couple more days and see if just more hairs come out. I have had lots of pods grow off to the side and it stayed female the whole way.

Hey,
That does look an awful lot like a pollen sac, with hairs and trichomes🤷♂️ looks quite mutated. I would just harvest if you're only a few days out, maybe dissect one and see if it is producing pollen.
