Are those normal color spots? At the marked spot on the bottom left, the tip of the leaf is extremely thin and that's why it's bulging.

No, the "dents" are nothing to be worried about, but the very dark green colour indicates that this plant is very over fed. Feeding baby plants 8 different fertilizers/supplements is not the way to grow cannabis...........feeding them excessively will not make them grow faster or make them grow "super flowers". Select 2-3 fertilizers for one feed, then for the next feed, select another 2-3 different fertilizers and alternate them so that the plant is getting a balanced diet, not a little bit of everything/many, many things. Remember too, in soil, a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed........ seems to be ideal.

No, they're not normal. Ideally, it shouldn't be like that. It looks over-fertilized to me, what causes these spots is hard to say. It looks almost mechanical.

The color changes and thin leaf tips could be caused by various factors. Sometimes nutrient deficiencies or pH imbalances can lead to discoloration and deformed leaf tips. It might be helpful to check your nutrient levels and pH to ensure everything is in balance. If it's only happening with a few leaves, it's probably not a big issue. However, if it spreads, it could be a sign of stress or an imbalance in the environment.
