Are those normal color spots? At the marked spot on the bottom left, the tip of the leaf is extremely thin and that's why it's bulging.

No, the "dents" are nothing to be worried about, but the very dark green colour indicates that this plant is very over fed.
Feeding baby plants 8 different fertilizers/supplements is not the way to grow cannabis...........feeding them excessively will not make them grow faster or make them grow "super flowers".
Select 2-3 fertilizers for one feed, then for the next feed, select another 2-3 different fertilizers and alternate them so that the plant is getting a balanced diet, not a little bit of everything/many, many things.
Remember too, in soil, a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed........ seems to be ideal.

No, they're not normal. Ideally, it shouldn't be like that. It looks over-fertilized to me, what causes these spots is hard to say. It looks almost mechanical.

Brown spots on leaves! To Flush or not to Flush? That is the Question.Hello,
Seeing lots of brown spots developing around middle tier leaves. Reddit is telling me I should flush with 15 gallons of water to get rid of salts around the roots. That seems extreme but if that’s the cure I’d like to know more and can I use my tap water (7.1pH 133ppm)?

Leaf discolorationThere is a purple/blue tint to the tips of my older leaves. New growth coming in lighter green. Slightly red and purples stems only at base of oldest leaves. N or P deficiency?Need help to understand if this is P or N deficiency. It's on the lowest fan leaves, one is more pronounced than the other, and it's mostly on one side. Stems and veins look like they're giving hints of P def but from what I searched leaves look like it could be N def.
