Slow growth?

JERgarden
JERgardenstarted grow question 5 years ago
The growth of this lady seems to be very slowly. Could it be related to the soil mix (buffered coco coir 40%, soil 35%, perlite 10%, bokashi 13%, bat guano 2%) that I´m using? Is it recommendable to transplant her to a new soil media? She is with a pink kush also with slow grow

I think you should only transplant it if it doesn't grow even for another week. automatic plants don't like transplants

The plant looks healthy to me. As HighRoller909 said just give her low doses of feed since you don't have much soil. And the first 2 to 3 weeks the plant spends most if it's energy building roots. They will usually hit a growth spurt and take off around the end of week 2 or middle of week 3. Good luck!

it may be slow and the size may be small but it is green and healthy,no worries.just add some nutrients to your water and you'll see the difference.medium is coco dominant apparently,it will need constant feeding, dont skip on the nutes for a week, feed every other day.in soil, you need some time for nutes to diffuse in it but since you have mostly coco, try to feed it constantly, this will make it grow faster.no need to transplant

hi mate @JERgarden, the soil to have a good air circulation and drain the water well, it is advisable to have at least 20% -30% perlite. more perlite will help you to not soak your soil so much, more oxygen will reach the roots. good luck mate 👍💪🙏
