What to do with a plant with no leaves, just buds...?

Sherbet, aka Miss Crispy now has zero fan leaves. Water uptake has almost completely stopped. Still worth trying to feed, or just water a little and let the clock run down? Not sure if transpiration takes place through the buds. Suggestions by way of experience would be awesome

It will finish if you don't continue killing it. Sugar leaves and even the stem will provide some photosynthesis, even if it's a fraction of what the fans would have provided. You really need to examine what you did on this grow and learn from it. Dial back your feed by A LOT. Look at diaries of people using the same products you do to get an idea what's acceptable. I tend to start feeds at 1/2 the manufacturer recommendations. Maybe consider a living soil that gives you more of a "water and go" kind of routine.

No point feeding, nothing is making energy for growing. Plant will die slowly and be unable to grow/ripen flowers properly. You got this far, so may as well keep watering it until she is ripe enough and harvest early. Hope you learned a lot to help with your next grow, however, this plant is suffering and might not give you anything exciting. BTW, the pot you used for this plant is waaaaay too small and no doubt caused a lot of this plants problems.

Plant can't do nearly as much without leaves. Some photosynthesis is taking place, but no idea if it is enough to properly ripen or otherwise grow the plant. i'd continue to water properly... water entire pot.. wait for top to dry, repeat. if it's drinking less, it's not taking in much nutrients either, so all should be fine. let the plant dictate adjustments, not you guessing. So, if it continues to develop, you can wait.. if it sits there doing nothing for the next week or two, might as well harvest or trash it. If it's not growing, it'll eventually rot on the stem. This is why you never do mass defoliation without a good reason (you definitely removed too many leaves earlier in process as the existing near-dead leaves are too few as is). Never remove leaves if you can avoid it. also, as leaves start to show symptoms you have to diagnose and react before the point they turn to crispy dead things incapable of photosynthesis or healing.

Leave it alone for a few days, maybe you just watered them but they're giving me a overwateredoverfed vibe... From your diary i could see you're keeping the led 20cm away from them, is it really necessary? The bud structure and the overall looks of the plant seems light stressed, maybe move the led a litle further like 30cm or dim it down a little bit. Sometimes less is more, just let them be and let's take a look at them in a few days. Happy grow, mate.
