PEST OR NUTRIENT PROBLEM?

GG#4 FEM. 2nd week after the flip to flowering. New growth doesn't seem to be affected.I can't tell if it's a nutrient or a pest problem. Overall info: 18-23°C, RH 60-70%, 6 weeks old, used synthetic nutrient for veg 7:7:6 NPK, idk should I cut off affected leaves, pls help thx

Ph, do you measure it and adjust , before loading pot ??? Looks like calcium, not any pest. I see hair on second photo, keep grow area clean. Maybe i see some signs of white powdery mildew.
