Oh and you can start lst as early as you want. But the earlier you start(tiny seedling) be very gentle. Once you get to this young veg stage you can tie as much as you want....but still being fairly gentle.

So many of you told me that there is not enough soil i know that and i bought more soil also the LED Lamp im using is just 150W and is 38CM above the plants wich should be enought im first time grover for weed but not in growing plants i have huge garden with all sorts of plants and yes its lettuce infront and peas behind i tought since this is my first indoor grow that if i have less powerfull LED lamp that i should use 24/0 because i saw almost everywhere that their lights are 18/6 but all of them using 600W LED light thank you very much to all of who took some time to give me an advice ๐Ÿ˜‰

I would suggest next time to fill your pots right up, more soil = more roots = more growth. The seedlings look very stretched too, lowering the light to about 60cm will stop this tendency. You could also add some more soil to the pots, right up to the first leaves, this will support the stem a bit more and the buried section will grow roots eventually. Topping and low stress training are not essential for growing cannabis and if this is your first grow, I would suggest doing neither, this way you can concentrate on feeding and watering and get an understanding of what this involves before adding any further complications to your grow. If you are really keen to try something, a bit of LST applied to the branches to "fan" them out a bit, is easy to do and will maximise the space used and enhance flower growth down lower on the plant. I would also suggest very strongly going to an 18 light and 6 dark schedule for your plants, 18/6 being the optimal times for all cannabis, be they auto flowering or "normal" photo period plants. Cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period and this growth maximises at about 18 hours, meaning running your lights any longer than 18 hour is basically a waste of electricity. 18/6 is optimal and a scientific fact derived at from over 80+ years of cannabis research and is not a random figure. Besides, all plants do need to "sleep" for normal metabolic function and growing any plant under a totally unnatural continuous light schedule is both unhealthy and completely abnormal. Forcing plants to grow under a completely unnatural lighting schedule can lead to massive problems with plant health, being a major stress inducer and will often produce plants with inferior flowers due to the lack of a normal grow/sleep/grow/sleep pattern, which is how they have evolved to grow their biggest and best flowers. Growing plants at maximum speed and endlessly will lead to something breaking, and no doubt, to poor health. Hope this helps,........ Organoman.

If its your first grow, I wouldn't recommend topping. Some light LST work would be enough to focus on for a first timer. A couple of things I notice, light may be too far away, causing the plant to grow taller than necessary but you haven't listed in your diary the lamp hanging distance so it's just a guess. You would do well to top the pots up with some more soil to bury the stem of the plant, this will promote more root growth and a sturdier plant. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ‘

I'd go for it. I usually wait until about 5 sets of true leaves which you have. But most importantly, a green, healthy, vigorous plant...which it looks like you have. โœ‚๏ธ Happy training.โœŒ๏ธ

What are you growing? Is the plant on the left staked? What is your light? The new babies look like they are stretching. Is that a lettuce in front? It looks great! But I am concerned seeing both side by side as they like different light levels.
