If I have finished bending the plants that are starting to bloom, should I release the branches from those training holders and let them fly?

Keep the ties on the plant. During the first 4 weeks of flower there will be an explosion of growth so you may need/want to do even more training. Then at about 6 weeks into flower the bulk of new growth is done and the stems mostly harden in the shape you have trained. Then it is OK to remove the ties to make watering and harvesting easier.

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?

Bending branchI decided to bend the branch to form a bush.The stem was quite thick and when I bent it, I formed a large bend radius, but the next day I noticed that it took a sharp angle. How bad is it, and if it's bad, how to fix it? Thanks in advance๐

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?
