Is this plant saveable? I’ve completely snapped the main stem while doing LST. I’ve put a small stake in the stem to hold it together and taped in up.
Is she likely to recover or should I just start again?

Give her a chance! If you did the taping and supporting as soon as the damage was done, there's a high likelihood she'll be ok.... BUT since this is an autoflower, you may have done her in... in other words, she could still grow but the stress of the damage might be too much for her to recover from in time to set flowers... she SHOULD be going into pre-flower in the next week or two - so give her at least 3 weeks before you decide to pitch her or not...

Remember one rule. LST should be done when the plant needs water. She is very flexible at the moment. the branches are soft and easy to bend. if you do this after watering, then there is a big chance to break the branches.
In your case, it's more likely to get stuck. but if not, don't worry. those branches that remain below the break point, they will grow not badly.
