I’m just wondering what is considered light to plants. I have shifted the light cycle to 12/22 and I bring my plants indoors in ac at night. I have dim LED strip on red light setting. I’m just wondering if it’s too much light. I also cover them with sheets.

If it’s a photoperiod strain then any light at all no mater the colour will disrupt your flowering cycle. You want 100% darkness for 12 hours strait to endorse and sustain a flowering cycle. Autos can basically grow in any light cycle but it’s advised too give them at least a few hours of 100% darkness to sleep and have a break from photosynthesis. So long story short, no, you can’t have your red lights on...lol any light, no mater the brightness or colour is too much. The lights on your air conditioner shining in the room is even too much. 100% darkness is needed. Hope this helps... Cheers 💨
