Both of your plants look good. The leaves are a good color, the only thing i would change is boost the humidity a bit higher for the new seedling. You can still be in the 60%-70% range with the older plant as long as you keep the air moving.
If you're wondering why the older one hasn't started flowering yet, some autos take longer than others. Occasionally you can end up with a photoperiod plant when you think its an auto, then you would have to change the light schedule to 12/12. I would just wait it out and see if it starts flowering in the next week or two.
Also with the foxfarm products i would use the big bloom(that's their micronutrient) throughout the whole grow. So if you can get that one in there, do.
