If are worried about type II diabetes, definitely stop eating lollipops. It may be a contributing factor. based on light green new growth, you may be high on P or K. If you recenlt amped this up, it's probably too high, now. Lolipopping takes some familiarity with the plant to do it well. Whether a plant likes to stretch or remain bushy will impact what you want to do. Also, how you manage your canopy and avoid overcrowding will impact how deeply you can expect to see solid nugs. you want to remove lower axillary buds before the bud sites form (pistils/hair etc) for best effect. If you uremove them after that stuff starts to develop in earnest, it's probably not 'redistributing' any resources elsewhere - if it's even true in the first place. This is something that demands a little skepticism instead of blind faith in small samples and people not trained in or don't appreciate the scientific method. I expect good buds as deep as 24" ito canopy. Genetics can also cause some variability to that. I'd rather have a little bit of larf to ensure i don't cut off good stuff. if you still hit 50-60g/sq ft or more with ambient co2, you are probably doing fine in this regard. Can't get around that ceiling... might be able to push a little above that with a tent full of clones with huge yield potential. Stick to roughly 3 colas per sq ft and keep'em healthy. I wouldn't strip anything below 18-24" deep -- and that is relative to ending size of plant, not before that point, so it takes a little guessing.

Another good 1 here is those 90 degree bend clips on the stems at the net hight so they get pushed horizontal to the net then tie or you can even get round net clips to hold them down and then remove all bellow the net that won't reach net hight this week Happy growing.

usually everything that is below a scrog net gets cleaned up. Because light penetration isn't really a thing indoor and you want one clean, even canopy anyway, so everything below the scrog net isn't getting much at all. I, personally would wait until the end of stretch, at least that is what i do. and then just try as good as you can to have to canopy EVEN. like ruler even. however you achieve this, bending, tying down, putting something under the pot so its higher and then you will get a nice, full tent of even, fully developed colas. At least thats my input, good luck on whatever you do brother (:

So, as m0use said. You need to cut anything that won't touch the net. So. You should start weaving the nodes thst are growing under the net. Grabbing one and run it through the net. It's nodes will grow up. So, you want to fill 75-80% of the net. I've a scrog diary that'll give you an idea what to do. Good luck.

I would trim/pluck anything that is touching the medium or to close to it. Leaves and soil do not mix well and normally get diseased. Other then that keep up the airflow and it should be ok.
