How do I lower the grow temperature to where it's ok when lights are on i get 28 30 in the tent will a humidifier and a air cooled light box reflector help ?

Going to need to find a way to vent. Leave door open a bit or extract heat from gathering in the top.

What temp is it getting to plants that small in veg can take higher heat and humidity , open one of these bottom vents if your worried about it

Hey @edmokesalot!
You can add another extract fan. That is the "normal" way.
As another m8s told you. You can add C02 (but i think is gonna be much more expensive) or you can install a mini-cooler.

Yes, anything to create more circulation, but make sure it gets vented properly. I use a portable (water) chiller, which cools and humidifies the inlet air to my grow cabinet, when my ambient room temps get close to 80 F degrees.
You could also do a DIY C02 setup (do an internet search), to help the plants cope with the higher avg temps.

i run 2 aircooled shades with 2 x 600 watt hps
1 x 6 inch extractor pulling through each shade
temps approx 2 foot away stay at a lovely 27 ish
tent is 1.5mx1.5mx1.8m
