One of the following IMO. High Temps. High RH High Light Intensity No diary so hard to pin point it. Confirm your airflow is optimal and the temps are not to high. eg under 29c fan always on low or switching bettwen low and high in times of need. Confirm your RH is not to high. eg between 40-70% Lower side the better Confirm your lights are not to close or on to long. Reference your lights guide on how to use them with their hang height and hours of operation. To much light can stunt growth and bleach plant tips. Sidenode, plants are looking extra Lush, might need to back off on the N a bit. Confirm your feeds. and start a diary then link it to the questions for better answers.

If you cut back on your bloom nutrients, give her some time to recover and put on new growth. See what she looks like in a week.

Looks like heat stress to me. The upper most leaves are folding in to protect itself. What temperature is it inside the tent? What is the rh inside the tent? What light do you have? How close and at what intensity is your light set to? Is your exhaust working correctly and is it set accordingly? These are a few things you could have a look at first before looking further.
