Slow growth? Second set of leaves coming in watered once in 3 weeks and it still died...pics won't attach I don't know why? Is this pc only? Can't attach files on Android???

It works fine for me too. Maybe youdo some strange format, like moving picture or so.
Without picture we can guess only, but in all my grows i had only few seeds/seedlings which didn't make it. Its definitely yours mistake somewhere ..
