Soak in water for 24 Hours after that in a paper towel for 24 hours then you ready to grow

Starting new grow using Mother Earth coco per 70/30This is my 3rd try, I cant get past the seedling stage. Im being told that Im overwatering. Semilla auto DOBLE!!!One auto seed is coming out double for me. First, I saw two parallel roots coming out, and now two independent stems are growing. I've already separated the stems a bit since they were a little tangled. Should I try to completely separate both stems and attempt to transplant one or not?
