Depending on the amount your drying, and in what environment, ventilation varies. For one plant, I only use a 4" input and output fans. No direct breezes on the plant. I usually do 65F, and about 40% humidity. It takes 3-5 days, but I pre-trim all fan and sugar leaves from branches, and then hang the individual branches. I will open jars, once or twice a day, for 15mins until the humidity gets to 60%, then just for a few minutes every other day or so, as so it does not mold.

Hi! Kinda what @Spinnnn said here too! Cut the branches, hang them upside down and in a day or two cut the biggest fan leaves of while still moist (Biggest leaves indeed hold the moisture better and this will add a day or two to your drying times, which is good thing!) I like to trim while kinda wet 'cos I find it easier to do, but its all up to preference really. Then again day or two trim all you want but keep them hanging in the tent. Then after a maybe week or so the stems should "snap" and then is time to jar them up. First week or 2 syou should be burping the jars atleast once a day. and remember to keep the temperature in the tent somewhere between 18-24C and relative humidity 45-55%. While drying its really important to remove the excess moisture and have fresh air all the time so your buds wont mold.

Honestly what we do is just cut the branches so we can hang them on coat hangers and let them chill around The house and they cure fine! Sometimes well even turn a fan on low on them and that helps! But you want them to get good airflow ! Good luck 🍀👍

I prefer to hang the whole plant instead of cutting it into pieces , the drying process is slower and a bit longer like that. You're suposed to not let the fan blow directly on the plants while drying or from a good distance but I must admit that I am not respecting the security distance so my weed is drying a bit faster and I can notice a more crispy final product.. When the drying is ready it's time to dry trimm your last sugar leaves and put the buds in jar during a long time , during that process you will have to store your jars in a dry and dark place and open them during 5 to 15 min every days or 2 days during 10 week to a month.
