Stigmas Still White...?

My Trichomes have started turning from Clear to Cloudy alot of White, with a few amber. 3 of my plants still have white hairs "stigmas" and seem to growing more. Can plants HERM this late in the grow?

Yes they can! Watch some of the lower flowers or even the top buds! It happens

Harvest?When will this be ready for chop. I’m having a hard time getting a good look at the trichomes. I know the goal is 30% amber. One plant has very few white hairs and one has quite a few can I wait for the others to come to full maturity too. I plan on using same tent to hang dry.

Checked trichomes todayGot a microscope today to check trichomes, looking for an opinion? I'm thinking they are starting to lean more on milky side. When to look for harvesting? Would like a really strong potency if that helps. Thank you in advance!

Harvesting tellsI dont have a loupe so checking the crystal heads isn't an option. how do i tell when my plant is done. According to Nirvana 55days of flower. 30ish left. I think plant1 will finish first. Its eating fan leaves already(yellowing) & plant 2 is green AF. Both got RedhairsOther. Harvest - Drying

Is this still good or is it ruined?Hung plants to dry and waited for stems to snap, unfortunately when I checked the buds were so crispy they basically crumbles in my hands. I heard this could be mold/rot also. Did I mess up and over dry my buds, or is this something much more awful? Is this still salvageable?

Dry questiondrying now on my first grow. two days in and just opened up to see how they look. The buds are very crispy to almost break a part with a little touch and smell is 90%gone and I have hay smell. Follow all rules. Temp avg.66 RH avg 33. I added humid to boost to 50%. Is this normalWeek 11

Drying temperatureI have to dry, but the room where the tent is, is around 15/17°c.I have a mini heater that increase temperature to 19° in 5 minutes then it stops; extractor decrease temp to 18° in 4 minutes. They are around 8 weeks now. Showing milky trichomes on most. Some with slight clear/milky. Very few with amber...
I have decided to harvest right away..

Are these ladies ready for harvest? (2 wks beyond recommendation)Should I harvest now or wait a week? Think Different Sativa is 11 wks to harvest and I am at wk 13. Still seeing new buds/pistils and straight white pistils. Around 40-50% brown hairs and cloudy trichomes but no amber. Using Coco/Perlite in 4 gallon autopot. 76F/47%RH. No flush.
