Stigmas Still White...?

My Trichomes have started turning from Clear to Cloudy alot of White, with a few amber. 3 of my plants still have white hairs "stigmas" and seem to growing more. Can plants HERM this late in the grow?

Yes they can! Watch some of the lower flowers or even the top buds! It happens

How long lasts drying?How long is average curing? I keep reading different things. Somewhere between 5-14 days. Can I leave mine drying for 14 days while I am away? Is it time to harvest yet or should I wait a bit longer?At the moment I'm seeing 89% cloudy, 10% red and 1% clear trichomes. It is not very clear from the photos but from what I'm seeing through the magnifying lens this is how it seems. There is significant yellowing but also many white pistils.

Is My Drying Humidity Too Low?Humidity is hanging right around 60% but sometimes dips to 58%. Temp is around 66°-68°. Those numbers are coming from my AC Infinity controller, while a cheap little temp and humidity gauge I placed in the plant says humidity is 71%.
Is my humidity too low? Get a humidifier?

I currently have 2 plants growing. 1 of them has clearly bloomed faster and I will have to harvest it earlier.
Because I have only one grow box and I don't know where to dry it. Can I put them somewhere for two weeks to wait for the 2nd one?

I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it? Going on Vacation for 7 days, in just 10 days but three girls are in WEEK 9 of flower and still need another week. I've got options:a. Chop & hang the day I leave, ac dry in a tent for 7 days
b. A friend can water mid-week once
c. Water the day I leave but lights OFF for those 7 days
I prefer "c." for $ + safety (np running an ac for a dry tent but I'd like to cut the lights)
Any risks to this idea?

How To Dry Correctly ?How to Dry ? I have a 1mx1mx2m Grow tent with a 5inch extractor fan.
