A couple of random blemishes.......wouldn't worry........no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. The odd yellow spot and/or hole in the leaf is quite common, it is when multiple leaves are affected or if it starts spreading that you have to start worrying. Nonetheless, check the underside of the leaves for any insects, but I doubt you will find any, most likely the damage was caused by you when you were pegging the leaves down with those hard looking wire hoops. It certainly is not a deficiency, if anything, your plant is over fed and way too dark green. A plant started in a good sized pot in good quality soil should not need any extra feeding for at least 3-4 weeks. Don't fertilize just because you feel the need to "do something". Same goes for watering.........water to run off then do not water again until the top inch or so has dried out again. Never water to a schedule, like X amount every Y hours/days. Watch and observe, then react. Also, NEVER grow at 24/0, ALL cannabis plants, autos included, NEED "sleep" or a dark period ever day to complete their daily photosynthesis cycle. There are certain metabolic processes that can only occur during the night. Without this daily light/dark cycle a cannabis plant will have an incorrectly functioning metabolism and a plant with an incorrectly functioning metabolism will never grow to its full potential or be as healthy as it could be. It is an absolute myth that it is ok to grow any type of cannabis at 24/0. 18/6 is optimal.

paling from inside out at top might be low sulfur, but the leaves also look a bit too lush/dark which means you might be overfeeding N or Mg among other possibilities. Anything related to chlorphyl pigment will cause darker plants if too high of rate is provided. So i think the overall balance is off and may have more than one thing going on. Due to that, ensure pH is in a normal range for your choice of medium. pH is something that can cause more than one thing to occur. But, so can overfeeding certain elements (google image search "mulder's chart" for interrelationships of nutrient molecules) Debacco? spelling - has a foliar symptom video that's worth watching several times to get familiar with specific leaf symptoms. They compared a plant they purposely withheld specific nutrients from to a control plant that was fed properly and repeated it for each of the primary/secondary nutes. Far better diagnosis visual aid than any leaf symptom chart you can download. Still, find a high resolution 'marijuana leaf symptom chart' to keep handy too... keep asking for help but also read it over each time and try to apply it yourself... eventually it gets easier and you learn the ins and outs through experience

Check your environment. May or may not be an issue now. You might have splashed water on them. Monitor them for a while and ask again if it worsens.
