I feel like CREE is just a brand that is producing COB chip. It's well known that CREE chips was the best and are tending to stay the best even in a market in constant change so my opinion is : If you can get a COB led with a CREE chip then it's all good BUT i am highly recommending you to search for the best cree chip to buy for horticultural use with google.

Cree Leds are Cobs.. Cob led means Chip On Board. Samsung 301s are technically speaking COB led. When shopping For cobs compare Umols, Coverage and Height. Cheaper COB leds with Great warranties and Fantastic outputs are out there.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
