About 18 to 20 inches. The lights are very bright. If leaves start turning yellow on top it is too close. But I would go 20 inches if they are still stretching. Will have to adjust regularly. Good luck and enjoy the harvest. Happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊

How can I reduce the heat in my 5x5 tent (650w light bar/6" ac Infinity and a ton of fans) without AC? raise light and power to get hight temps and better ventingso whats would be best option for me i have my light on 240w (25%) around 3 ft from plants my tent doesn't get over 74 and its not venting as much as id like my ppfd is around the 300 mark should i raise light and turn to 400w (50%)

Electrical power calculationActual power consumption of lights is lower than led manufactorer says.
25 leds of 3W each = 75W plus an internal fan plus some other circuits,Total power should be more than 75W and i calculated 58.3W overall.
Vac=220 , I=0.265A

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.
