You're running 20/4 and that's perfectly fine for veg! You can keep it like this with no problem. If you want, you could switch to 18/6 later to save a little energy and give the plants a bit more rest, but it's not required.
There’s also something called DLI (Daily Light Integral) – you can roughly use it as a guide, but honestly, the best way is just to watch your plants. They'll show you better than any number when they’re happy!

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?

Started off some auto flowers and I think this one came already topped… No transplant germinated in medium.
I have about 4 nodes growing at once reminds me of my toddler getting 4 baby teeth in at once.

Just stunted? Or will I lose whole grow?5 weeks into flower, 3 to go.
Autoflower grown in soil.
Kept in outside shed, with 400w HPS and electric heater.
Struggling to keep temps up above 10°c. It's not killing it, but perhaps stunting growth. A hardy strain.
Will it still convert THC or am I risking losing whole plant?5y ago
