Best nutrients schedule for hydro and how to cool down Res without chiller.

I have painted the Res white as well as adding frozen water bottles this bring the temps to around 17C but ends up at 21C the next day.

Here are some things that may help:
put the pump outside the tent if possible.. it is blowing the hot air from the tent into the reservoir
get cardboard or something to block all light from hitting the reservoir
maybe a fan towards the pump might help.

You have done the cheap stuff, I am just looking at it as a technical problem.
Wish I could tell you differently but keeping water at that temp I dont see it otherwise.
Feed - see manufacturer sched and prob start under that by 25-50% and work up.
Not a DWC guru just been looking at it for next grow season.

noticed the ph in the Pots is at 6.5+, something to do with the Hydroton. In order to balance it i had to drop the res PH to 4.0, but it constantly rises back up to 6. Using RO water
Suggestions appreciated, will the Hydroton eventually stop having the ability to raise my PH?Week 1

Flora micro 1.4 ml/gal
Flora grow 0.7 ml/gal
Flora bloom 2.1 ml/gal
Usually 3-4 gal when changing water
From what I’ve seen in many diaries this seems like low numbers. Lemon haze is said to like low nutes but is this too low?

Now I'm using Plagron Alga fertilizers and the Promix substrate (no fertilized). Do you suggest to set the lamp in bloom mode (more reds) also during the veg phase?

I'm already seeing yellowing and on the largest plant, #3. Is that due to growth or am I over watering? Approximately 2 gallons in the wick bucket every few days when it starts to feel dry, but I generally spray the top with water on a daily basis, not more than a 1/4 - 1/2 cup.
