Hey @Dlowe1415!
I've been using Canna Coco Plus since my last 2 grows. I just water them (first week) with water only at 5.5PH. Idk if there should be a more complex process, but, this work perfect for me.

You can use it as it is. Just keep in mind that coco needs to be kept moist, never leave it to dry, it is not soil

by the way,by watering I mean just water it to make wet.do not rinse it as it'll come ready to start.ph must be already stabilised in it.it is not a brick

I recommend pre watering with balanced ph as I think the ph can be off when you first get soil and I believe this is what messed up one of my plants.

yes prewater it before planting the seed.optionally you can water it with a very little amount of calcium&magnesium or your base nutrient(canna coco ab maybe). like 0.5ml/lt. don't water again until seed sprouts

Pocket microscopeHi. I have a pocket microscope (microbite plus da Carson from Royal Queen Seeds) to see the trichomes, is it reliable to cut a sugar leaf to look at them and determine from there? pulled a 16-day-old seedling out of the soil on accident.i was maneuvering around my tent and accidentally pulled my 16 day old seedling completely out of the soil. I noticed right away and immediately placed it gently back in the original hole (moist soil).
She's a bit droopy now. am i f'd?
