Provided you are still in veg mode:
I wrap my smart pots in a length of garden wire.
Then I use that to anchor the tie-downs.
Gently bend everything down to your uniform canopy height. Aka LST.
Open everything by spreading the branches into different directions to allow the light to hit it all. It should have all or most of the growth at the same height as everything else. TUCK ANY BIG FAN LEAVES under branches to allow direct light to lower growth.
If the roots are weak, I stabilized the base of the plant from three directions then start bending.
When I pot to the final size- 10 gallons, I prepare the pot by using a 46” tomato cage. I stick the ends down through the bottom of the pot, then through the pot lifter. I put the bottom ring all the way to the bottom of the pot and bend those stakes back up so that the tomato cage holds the smart pot onto the lifter. Now the cage can be used as handles for lifting etc, and I then use tha cage to act as anchor for LST and then again to support big ass buds that topple over. The cage now also can support additional wooden stakes if more height and stabilization are needed- (like with my MIRACLE ALIEN COOKIES 1 from ETHOS)
I use different color tomato cages to identify each cultivar.
