i have a air problem, when my light are on my grow tent temperature reach 93F which is way to high, the humidity is perfect, what should i do to bring the temp down(how can i cool the air).... i have a carbon filter but when i start it,my humidity level drop...way to much...

I had the same issue when I switched from Led to hid a few days ago. 2 things I did were, increased exhause and added intake fan. I put these both on a separate timer and they come on together every 30min for 30min. As for the humidity, I was already using a humidifier but now I crank it up and fill it at least every day, sometimes twice.

Best thing to do is exhaust the air out. You can air a pot of water and have a fan blowing on the water or put a bubbler in the water, or both. 92° is way to high and is worse than low humidity. You can even do what I said on the outside of the tent, or both in and out

Quite a few things you can try: increase your exhaust, turn your lights on during the night, take the led's driver or HID ballast outside the grow space, open a window where your tent is.

How can I reduce the heat in my 5x5 tent (650w light bar/6" ac Infinity and a ton of fans) without AC? Do I have to leave tent open?5x5 tent is in a kind of lung room (utility room) that stays around 20C/68F. The tent always seems to be at 30C86F with lights on. Ive added and moved fans, opened more intake vents. I have AC, but its -25C/-13F outside. Id like to drop the daytime temp 5ish degrees for flower.

I'm far away from home and I have camera in my growbox. A tape has fallen to the fan and it is not rotating. Can it heat up so much that fire starts? Should I drive 1600km for that?

Humidity spike?Hi there,
I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine (40-50%) for 70% of the day, but the remaining 30% of the day it spikes up to 60-65%.
Temps stay reasonable in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day.

I got a dehumidifier to regulate and keep the humidity in 50%.
When i opend the deposit of the water of the dehumifier i found these little flies that are the classic Substrate fly (nasty but no harm).
Do yall think that the dehumidifier got them? Has this even happened to U3 years ago

Mycelium or Fungus - Too much Part 2I am seeing a ton of mycelium on all of my autopots. Because I have a bottom feed system, it is hard to keep my top medium wet without getting mold. Is this going to effect my end result if I do not do anything about this? Should I leave it alone or put sand on it?
