hey luna i had one very similar to those when i grew in a very hot room a few summers ago, it worked good but had to be ran all day during light hours, and then I could shut down at sunset. It worked amazing until it had been used so much it broke and then fixing can be a pain unless you're mechanical or have a good amount of money. So buy one but use it gently, see what the recommended on and off hours are, remember to give it breaks when the heat will allow. You could always use 1 lamp right now while your plants are small so you don't use as much heat and energy?
