Should i turn on the clip fans on low power and let them blow on the girls, or just leave the big fan blowing under the light?

If it is week 1 of veg then a small fan on low power, just enough to move the leaves a little bit. Later on - both bad boys on. Big fan on the top, small one on the bottom. Good luck!

I can't control temperature. I'm so discouraged.How are you guys keeping temperatures down!? I have an hlg 600 Rspec at 50% power and the Temps won't go below 81 degrees with the light on. Too High humidity? how do i keep it low.The humidity in my tent is about 65%, fluctuating betwwen 60% to a max of 71%. Is this high humidity a problem? What can i do to keep those levels down without a deshumidifier?
