Hi I'm growing my plant, it's in seedling stage and I'm not sure that I'm putting my LED 150W lights at the right distance, so I did some researches on the web but I found discordant solutions.. Can you help me ?

I feel like every light is probably different. check the manufacturers specs and play around from there. if you want to shorten up bud sites, moving closer can help, and vice versa. pull the light away to stretch out. you got LED so you dont really need to worry about heat and burning your plant, but theres always exceptions to any rule.
You want as much light as possible so id just keep inching it down and checking back after some hours until you start to see your leaves taco'ing, then inch it back up till it goes away. Thats probably your sweet spot.

It rlly depends, you could put the light at 40cm above your plant and it'll be alright.

Every led light is different, but a 150 watt one? I would start at 12 to 18 inches away

Yes we can , give us the brand of the light and the real draw ( 150w could be the real draw or the "hps replacement wattage" )

UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.Week 7

Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
